Meet our staff
Benjamin L. Russell, D.M.D
Dr. Russell’s passion for dentistry has included a lifetime of study and service, not limited to graduating from the University of Louisville, practicing at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital and with a dental group in Salt Lake City, and founding Albion Dental to create a practice focused on helping patients feel calm and confident in their dental care.
When he is not doing dentistry, Dr. Russell focuses his time with his wife and three daughters, mountain biking, skiing, and spending time in the mountains any time of year!
Andreia, Office Manager
Andreia brings over 16 years of experience in the dental field. Throughout her time she’s worked in nearly every role, from dental assisting to treatment planning and insurance billing and has gained hands-on experience in pediatric and emergency dentistry, giving her insight into a wide range of patient needs and cases. Andreia loves building lasting relationships with patients and making every visit a positive one.
Outside the office, she runs her own event planning business and enjoys cooking, writing, and chasing after mini dachshund Navy. Her warmth, creativity, and dedication make her an essential part of our Albion family. However, she’s still getting used to the Park City winters.
Lisa, Dental Hygenist
Lisa has been a dedicated dental professional since 2004, bringing over two decades of experience to our practice. Starting her career as a dental assistant, her passion for patient care and dentistry led her to become a dental hygienist in 2013. She has been an integral part of Dr. Russell’s team since 2009, where she combines her expertise with a warm, patient-centered approach to create comfortable and positive dental experiences. Lisa takes pride in helping patients achieve confident smiles, ensuring they feel at ease in the dental chair.
Outside the office, Lisa enjoys camping with her family, unleashing her creativity through crafting with her Cricut, and spending quality time with her beloved dog, Izzy. Her commitment to bringing joy to others extends beyond dentistry, as she loves making people smile both in and out of the office.
Emmy, Dental Assistant
Emmy is a dedicated dental assistant who brings a gentle, compassionate touch to every patient interaction. After spending five years in Logan, UT, attending Utah State University. She recently made the move to Salt Lake City and is excited to be part of a new dental community.
Emmy’s favorite part of her work is showing kindness and care to every patient who walks through the door. Outside the office, she loves reading, going to concerts with her friends, and hanging out with her two chaotic, but very cute cats, Danny and Banjo.
Azlin, Dental Assistant
Born and raised in West Valley City, Utah, Azlin has called Utah home her entire life. A proud Hunter High graduate, she’s always had a passion for dentistry and is excited to grow her career while building lasting connections with patients.
Azlin enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new places, and admiring classic lowrider cars. Her friendly personality and genuine care for others make her a great addition to the Albion Dental team.
Sienna, Dental Assistant
Sienna grew up in Park City, Utah and has been a patient of Dr. Russell’s for many years. She graduated from Westminster College in 2021 but went back to school full time in 2024 to begin her pursuit of dentistry. She spends most of her time studying for classes, assisting at the practice, applying to dental schools, and preparing for interviews.
Outside of dentistry, you’ll find Sienna exploring the mountains and deserts around Utah by climbing, backpacking, or on one of her many bikes.
Jay, Dental Assistant/Social Media
Jay brings a unique blend of creativity, compassion, and dedication to her role at Albion Dental. Alongside assisting patients, she also photographs for Albion Dental and runs her own photography business, which has strengthened her eye for detail and her ability to connect with people. With a background as a yoga instructor and student, Jay values both precision and human connection. She is hardworking, empathetic, and passionate about empowering others. Qualities that translate into exceptional patient care and support for the Albion Dental team.
Elaina, Front Office
Elaina joined Albion Dental at the start of 2025 She has enjoyed learning about the many aspects of the dental field and getting to know the patients.
Outside the office she likes to spend time with family, hike, read, and learn new skills. Elaina has hopes of going skydiving in the near future and wants to get her CDL.
Bri, Hygienist
Bri is a dental hygienist who’s passionate about clean teeth and happy smiles. She’s been in the field since graduating in 2016, and what she loves most—besides helping people feel confident in their oral health—is getting to know her patients and making them feel at ease in the chair.
Moved from North Carolina, she has been in Utah since 2022 and has been loving every chance to explore this beautiful state. Whether she’s hiking a new trail or swapping stories with patients, she’s all about building connections and brightening days—one smile at a time.
Associate Dentist
Dr. Ryan Osorio, DMD
Dr. Osorio earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Florida dental school and has since been on a journey of continuous learning and growth in the field of dentistry. With several years of experience under his belt, Dr. Osorio comes to us with a dedication to delivering the highest standard of care to our community.
